Plan and launch a campaign
Use a campaign to organize a promotion around one goal, its content, audiences, and launch dates. For example, a summer sale can group a homepage offer and its follow-up trigger.
Before you start
Set an active conversion goal and prepare the pages, variants, or triggers you want to include. A brief describes the promotion; creating it does not create or publish all of those assets.
Create and assemble a campaign
- Open Campaigns and choose New Campaign.
- Enter the name, dates, objective, core offer, and themes. Click Create campaign.
- On the campaign page, select a Primary goal, refine the brief, and click Save.
- Open Manifest and click Attach component. Add the assets and audiences the campaign needs. Mark components required when their absence should block readiness.
- Resolve the items under Missing. In Stage, move the campaign to Ready, then Approved when its content and targeting are reviewed.
- Choose Launch campaign. Read the launch plan and confirm the listed changes. The date range still controls when content can serve.
Check the launch
Review the resulting campaign stage and the Manifest's live components. Approval alone does not mean the campaign has launched. If a launch job is still running or the connection drops, reload to check its result before retrying.
If launch is blocked, resolve the named goal or component issue. Editing an approved brief can clear its approval. Pause campaign stops its variants and triggers; published pages remain available and external ad campaigns require separate management.
